Copyediting

Pricing: $0.031 per word

Every manuscript needs something different. Our editing services meet your story where it is—strengthening structure, sharpening language, and polishing details while preserving your voice.

Developmental Edit

Want to turn your manuscript from solid to truly unforgettable? A manuscript evaluation offers in-depth, big-picture feedback designed to help you strengthen every layer of your story.

We focus on core elements like plot structure, pacing, character development, dialogue, and world-building—making this especially valuable for romantasy and fantasy authors looking to build immersive, cohesive narratives. You’ll receive a clear roadmap for revisions so you know exactly where to refine and strengthen your manuscript.

You’ll receive a detailed report (up to 10 pages), along with in-manuscript comments highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and actionable suggestions to guide your next round of edits.

Next step: Request a sample evaluation to see how your manuscript can grow from here.

For big-picture clarity and story cohesion.

Pricing: $0.033 per word

For voice, flow, and sentence-level craft.

Your manuscript already holds a story you care deeply about—line editing is where we help it truly come to life on the page. We focus on refining sentence structure for clarity, flow, and rhythm, smoothing out awkward phrasing while preserving your distinct voice and style.

This stage is especially effective for romantasy, fantasy, and romance manuscripts, where voice, pacing, dialogue, and immersive world-building need to feel seamless and engaging.

You can expect thoughtful, sentence-level refinement, clearer prose, and a manuscript that reads with ease from start to finish.

To get started, you can request a complimentary 1,000-word sample edit to experience the process before committing.

For clarity, consistency, and flow.

Copyediting ensures your manuscript is polished, consistent, and ready for readers. We refine grammar, punctuation, spelling, and stylistic consistency while staying true to your voice and the story you’ve written.

This stage is ideal for romantasy, romance, and other genre fiction manuscripts that are nearly ready for beta readers, agents, or self-publishing, but need a final layer of refinement to eliminate distractions and improve readability.

You’ll receive a clean, professional manuscript and the confidence of knowing your work is fully polished and presentation-ready.

Next step: Reach out to request a free sample edit and see how your manuscript can be refined.

Proofreading

For clean, professional final drafts.

The final stage before publication, proofreading is where we catch the small but important details that ensure your manuscript is truly ready for readers. I carefully review your work for typos, formatting inconsistencies, punctuation errors, and any lingering issues that could distract from the reading experience.

This service is ideal for authors who are confident in their manuscript and want the reassurance that everything looks clean, consistent, and professional before release.

Perfect for anyone preparing to publish who wants peace of mind that their book is ready for the shelves.

what genres do you edit?

Not always. Some manuscripts only need one stage of editing, while others benefit from multiple rounds. We’ll guide you based on your manuscript’s condition and goals.
